At Tarapith Puja Services, we consider every order sacred and handle it with devotion and care. We kindly request devotees to note that order processing time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once the puja is performed and the prasad is properly packed, your order will be dispatched. You will receive a notification confirming shipment.

Please note that processing or dispatch may take additional time during:

Festivals, Amavasya, Purnima, and other auspicious occasions

High volume of puja requests

Courier or postal service delays beyond our control

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Shipping charges are calculated automatically and displayed at checkout.

Orders are shipped through reliable courier partners

Delivery is usually completed within 10 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on location and courier conditions

Local Delivery (If Applicable)

Local delivery may be available in selected areas.

Free local delivery for orders above ₹X within the covered area

Orders below this amount may attract a nominal delivery charge

Our team will contact you on the day of delivery using the phone number provided during checkout.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Availability and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time for international orders: 8–20 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance and local postal services

Please note:

International shipments may be subject to custom duties, taxes, or VAT as per the destination country’s regulations

These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to become active.

If your order has not been delivered within 10 business days after dispatch, please contact us.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some courier partners may not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. In such cases, an alternative address may be requested.

Returns, Refunds & Damaged Items

Due to the sacred and perishable nature of prasad and puja-related items, returns are generally not accepted.

However, if:

Your order arrives damaged, or

You receive an incorrect item

, along with your order number and clear photographs. Each case will be reviewed with sincerity, and we will strive for a fair and respectful resolution.
